Sliding Barn Doors are very popular now! They are a great way to add character & rustic charm to your home.

They are also a great solution for a tight space where a regular door won’t work, and avoids having to open a wall to install a pocket door….which wouldn’t look nearly as great!

You can use re-purposed old hardware for the rail and handle, or buy new hardware that looks great.

We made these Barn Doors for this client from ‘nondescript’ barn wood — probably pine.

The floors in these photos are Antique Distressed Oak.

All the barn wood I sell is kiln dried. The kiln drying is important keeps it straight .and flat. A lot of people think that just because it’s old and grey it’s good. Not true!

Here’s a Barn Door we did for another project.

These doors are made of barn wood & feature forged hardware, hinges, thumb latches, door track, and rollers that add to the charm.
