The Swedish tradition of fine woodworking has been in my family for generations. Though I started the business in 1987, I have really been learning my craft since childhood.
I have a passion for history, with a respect and admiration for the homes and furniture built in the 18th & 19th century. They have a warmth, charm, and elegance.

These floors have a unique beauty only aged woods can offer! Reclaimed antique wood floors offer not only the patina of age, they also offer hardness, stability, and strength that only age can give.
Pair these qualities with the finest in kiln drying and the best milling, and you will have an antique wide plank floor that may very well last for generations.
Only the finest materials are selected for flooring.
Over time your floor’s finish will get more beautiful as you add to it’s character and patina.
Radiant heat can be installed under our floors. We have thousands of feet that are installed over concrete. Please take note: Your concrete needs to be dry, flat, with proper base under your floor.

Our reclaimed lumber is also used to produce high quality engineered flooring. Our engineered flooring features high quality veneer ply layers,topped with a 4mm or 6mm wear layer, wide widths, long lengths, plank thickness of ⅝” or ¾”, this rivals our solid plank floors.
We also offer a pre-finished option on our floors with a high-quality oil finish and UV cured finish. Both offer ease of installation and much less dust, which can be a huge asset when it comes to installing in a finished home.

Ron Holstrom is an artist. Last year we decided to add on to our home and hired Ron to install an antique wood floor in the family room, what a beauty! He also designed the mantel and hearth for our new fireplace. We were so pleased with that floor, we decided to tear out the carpet in our living room and replace that with another of Rons’ floors, he even made the baseboards! Well, we thought we were done. But Mother Nature had other ideas and we were hit by a tornado in June ‘05. Our floors were saved, by a lot of tender loving care, but because of water damage, we needed a new center island built. Remembering Ron also made antique replica furniture, he was our first choice. And did he come through, hand made of cherry wood, he designed the beautiful centerpiece of our kitchen.
We cannot say enough about Ron. He was a joy to work with, always open to our suggestions, even swaying me in the right direction if needed! He is meticulous and knows exactly what it takes to make it work. I would recommend Ron in a heartbeat.
